Dr. Tom has two exciting nutrition lecture series (Level 1 and Level 2 respectively). Each series consists of five modules, which are tailored towards providing patients with a strong nutritional foundation. This will allow patients to become the authors of their own nutritional lifestyles, and not be trapped moving from one fad diet to another. Topics covered in the level one series include Protein, Sleep/recovery, Circadian rhythm, Hydration, Metabolism, and Digestion. Each series ends with a sixth one on one, meant to tie in all five previous lectures. Each module is an hour long, and blends the core principles of the module with the needs of each person going through the program. Again, the purpose of this type of education is to put you in the driver’s seat and empower your own decision making. Our goal is to create independent and self-sufficient individuals. This is not a diet program, it is an engaging educational series with the aim of helping people become the authors of their own healthy lives.
